Training is the most important part of SharePoint implementation for any organization. Usually, IT provides training for business champions during or after a site implementation. However, it takes some time for business champions to fully populate and adopt the site. IT may not be adequately staffed or may not address ongoing training needs as and when required by business. It is common to provide the training on SharePoint features, but the gap and void continue to exist for business users in understanding how those features can be used for their business functions.
Such customized training is generally not available in traditional training institutes and IT may not be staffed to provide that.
